I’m a Ph.D. student at Music and Audio Computing Lab (MACLab) at KAIST, advised by Prof. Juhan Nam. My research integrates machine learning, signal processing, and human–computer interaction. Specifically, my research focuses on real-time music alignment, score following, and interactive computer systems for live music performances. I design algorithms and systems that enable machines to listen to and interact with human performers in real-time. I also actively develop open-source tools and datasets for MIR communities.
My research interests include:
Real-time music alignment and score following
Interactive performance systems and music HCI
Machine learning for audio and music
Open-source tools and datasets for MIR
